Sealed proposals indorsed "proposals" for the erection of a Court House at Malad City in accordance with Plans and Specifications now on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, of Oneida County, Idaho Territory, will be received by the Clerk at the ?? aforesaid, at Malad City, until 12 o'clock on Saturday, Septermber 20th 1882. Proposals must state the length of time required for the completion of the building after approval of contract, and must be accompanied with a good and sufficient bond of $250.00 as a guarantee of good faith. Contracts will be awarded in the lowest responsible bidder or bidders. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bidder or bidders to whom the contract is awarded, shall execute a band in the full amount of the contract, with two sufficient ??, conditioned for the faithful performance and compliance with the terms of the contract.
