Russell and family are visiting friend and relatives here after three years of dutv in England. Capt. Russell is the son of Edwin F. Russell, Ogden, and Mrs. Lena Russell of Roy. His wife, the former Della McEntire is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs Ellis A McEntire of Farr West. Capt and Mrs Russell have two daguhters His next assignment will be at Dover, Delaware Mr. and Mrs. Newell R. Budge, 2259 W. 4800 S., are the proud grand-parent- s of a three week Chantilly, born to their son, Rayo and his wife who are living in Nuernberg Germany where Rayo is serving as linquist in the U S armed forces three. The Junior team has won three, July 27th at noon, immediately grand-daughte- The Uintah girls baseball team Is doing quite well this year. The senior team has won four, and lost fol- and lost four. ' The girls have got a lot of pleasure out of these games and are complimented on their good sportsmanship. Mrs. Inez Smyth, and Carlene Dye have done a wonderful Job as instructors of the team. The girls would like to than them for their wonderful work. Glen-n- a McFarland, and Marilyn Ward. Ogden City, and Weber County recreation held a parade July 19th. It was a very big success, and was A lot of fun. Uintah recreation dressed as The children made them under the direction of Mrs. Marian Stuart - Bishop and Mrs Sherman Hislop became the parents of a new baby girl on the 16th of July They have two other children, Jenna and Steven. Little Debbie Olsen, daughter of Mr and Mrs Bob Olsen, celebrated her fourth birthday with a party for her little friends. Thirteen children from the Roy Third Ward enjoyed a trip to the Logan Temple where they were baptised for the dead. Each child was baptised twenty times.
