Donuts and epple cider were served. Visiting at the home of Myrtle Pitt for two days were Carlos and Judy Hulse and son Mathew of Woods Ida, California. Mary Coleman was honored at a baby shower Tuesday night fay her mother, Faye Sweeney, Carla Saxton and Judy CrystaL. There were 21 present and Mary received many nice gifts. Refreshments were served. Tom and Leila Lewis spent three days In Las Vegas visiting with Vaughn and Diane Smith, Tom's sister Peggy and family, and in Indian Springs with Leila's relatives. Doug and Tean Simpson and Buss and Ruth Evans of Ogden have left for Florida where they will attend a Theater Convention. From there they will take a boat trip to the Bahamas. David Ure and his friend Arnie Z Inner were weekend visitors of David's parents, Ed and Jean Ure. They went deer hunting Saturday. Both David and Arnie are Utah State students. The Jim Van Tassels of Las Vegas are In town for a few days visiting relatives and friends. Visiting Therms Turner for a week was her girl friend ' Judy Huddleston and son of Magna. Jake and Helen Anderson and Sheila Lewis and children spent Sunday in Salt Lake at the home of Koy and Pat Anderson and family. They enjoyed dinner together and a day of visiting. Jay Taylor, son of Gordon and Verlie spent a week in San Gabrlal on his mission and then was transferred back to Whittier, California. Lynn Russell, son of Ron and Bessie was also transferred. He is now serving his mission in Louisiana. Gordon Taylor had the cast taken off his leg last week and Is feeling much better. Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs.' Moses Taylor were Gordon and Verlie Taylor, Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Davies of Provo and their daughter and Rick and Tanya. Many friends of Lynette Sargent attended her baby shower, given by Vicki Flinders and Birch. Many nice gifts wen received and everyone .had a good time. On Saturday, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Spence and Mr. and Mrs. Jay Spencer and eon visited with Blaine and Renan Consey. Then on Saturday night, Earl and Elms Merkley and Grandma and two of Scotts friends, Doug and Wayne of Salt Lake came to HENRY A. MANSFIELD VERNAL, UTAH La-wa- na Wendell Wilde end Kenneth Woolstenhulme and OralSnapp decided they needed a few days off from work so they all spent a few days in the hospital. Kenneth was In the Provo hospital having surgery on his arm, Wendell was In tbs LDS having surgery on his knee, end Oral was in the St. Marks having knee surgery. They art all getting along fine. Lamar and Grace Frasier have moved into their new mobile boms. Kent and Kenna Frasier and family have moved Into their other home. Calvin and Carol Wilde and family spent the last two weekends with Emery end Bernice Wilde. Ralph and Dannie Georgia had friends visiting with them this week from California.
