Show Springville man gets Scout job; lives in NephI George R. Fannin, 956 South Main, husband of the former Evelyn Crandall of Springville, has been appointed District Scout Executive for the Central Cen-tral Utah area, including Juab District, it was announced this week. He will have his headquarters head-quarters in Nephi and with his wife and four children, is moving there this week. A' graduate of BYU, he recently re-cently completed a 6-week's course at the Shiff Scout Reservation Res-ervation in New Jersey. Besides filling an LDS mission mis-sion in New Zealand he has served three years in the U.S Army. He will replace Edward Soper, who resigned the position po-sition some months ago. Mr. and Mrs. Fannin and family will reside at 95 West. First So., in Nephi. Mrs. Fay Haymond had her sons and daughters and their families home for Christmir including, from out-of-town: Bishop and Mrs. Keith Myers (Paula) and chi'dren of San Diego, Calif ; Mr .and Mrs. Phillip Haymond and three sons of San Jose; and Dr. and Mrs. David Haymond and four daughters of American Fork. Wives are the originators of the bank by male plan. |
