Classes began on Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2008. Students were definitely excited to see their old friends and teachers in a new setting. And, even though the halls are much less crowded this school year due to the opening of Salem Hills High School, there won't be any less fun to be had with great sporting events to watch and fun activities to attend. The seniors welcomed the new sophomores and greeted their already-befriended juniors with great enthusiasm as we all look forward to the fantastic year ahead of us. Eric Kitchen spoke with us and said that he was definitely "stoked" for the new school year and being a senior. He was also excited to talk to the friends that he wasn't able to see during summer vacation, as I know Courtesy photo MY SUMMER VACATION: Students at SFHS are back from summer break and are getting reacquainted with old friends and meeting new ones. many other students here at SFHS were.
