Show DEATHS. MILLER. Rasmus Miller died at his home in this city Tuesday night, December Decem-ber 16, 1902, after a very brief illness. Deceased was in his se'venty-first year of age and was a native of Denmark. For years he has been the curfew ringer of Manti and was known to every person in the city. He was a kindly gentleman and the friend of everybody. He settled in Manti in 1868, in which year he was married, his wife dying about seven years ago. At the time of his death he was a ruling elder in the Presbyterian church. Funeral services were held in the Presbyterian Pres-byterian church on Friday at 2 p. m., Rev. Martin conducting the service. NIELSEN. Clarence, the 9-months-old son of Paul M. Nielsen, and grandson grand-son of Mr. and Mrs. Soren P. Peterson, died on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 1902. The mother died when the child was but a few days old, and the loss is a severe blow to the bereaved father. Funeral services wore held in the Assembly Hall Friday afternoon at one o'clock. |
