Such required dedication shall not reduce the lot or parcel to less than 5,000 square feet. 3. Sec. Dedication Procedure. 1. Any person or other entity required to dedicate land under the provisions of this chapter shall execute an otter to dedicate and a worronty deed or other deed form acceptable to the County property executed by oil parties of Interest The offer to dedicate and deed shall be filed with the Salt Lake County Real Estate Officer In such terms os to be binding on the owner, his heirs, assigns or successors ir interest. The dedication shall be complete when the deed is recorded in the ottice of the County Recorder after tls acceptance by the County Commission. 2. The Real estate officer shall review the offer to dedicate and deed for completeness and compliance with County requirements which shall thereafter be promptly processed by the County departments concer ned and sub' lifted fo the County Commission for final acceptance. For the purpose of this chapter, dedication shall be considered os satisfactorily assured when the Real Estate Officer gives notice to the Development Services Division of hisher approval of the offer to deciate ond deed os required herein. Sec. Building Permit Issuance. When all dedication and improvements required by this chopter have been completed or assured os provided herein, 0 building permit may be issued. Sec.
