Bode of Ohio State University and Dr. Herbert R. Stoltz from the University of California, have been secured as special speakers for the conference. Dr. Bode is classified among the small group of leading educators in the United States. He is strong on the theory and philosophy of education and a leading thinker in the field of educational philosophy. He is author of Modern Educational Theories. Dr. Stoltz is head of the Division of Parental Education in the California Department of Education and director of Child Welfare Research in the University of California. He was obtained by the extension division of the University of Utah last spring to lecture at the Child Hygiene conference conducted by the university and was very well received. Besides the special sessions for superintendents and principals there will be at public meetings each evening during the three days of the conference at which the visiting educators will speak.
