Show JULY 21, 1967 L, L. Heninger succumbs stroke. She was born June 28, 1909 in Oakley, Ida., to John Henry and Jennie Maud Campbell Hull. She married Van Elliot Heninger on Oct. 31, 1928 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She and her family homesteaded in the City of Rocks" area in Idaho. She had also lived in California, Oregon and Utah. She graduated from Beber High School in Beber, Calif., and attended Weber State College. She was a member of the Layton 14th Ward and had served as a visiting teacher for 60 years. She had also taught gospel doctrine and spiritual living classes for 40 years. She was an Ogden Temple ordinance worker. She and her husband had owned and operated several local motels and apartment complexes. She had worked as a sales person for Wearever Aluminum Co., Sandak Shoe Co., Ovation Cosmetics Co. and had worked at Hill Air Force Base for two years. He was bom Aug. 29, 1930 in Blackfoot, Ida. , a son of Mark Wil-liam and Elizabeth Buckley Talbot. He married Darken Olive June 24, 1950 in Pocatello, Ida. He retired from Hill Air Force Base after 37 years of service. He had lived in Idaho, Nevada and in Utah for the past 40 years. He was a member of the Layton 9th Ward. He had been past president of the Layton Jaycees and past state vice president of the Utah Jaycees. His hobbies included horseshoe pitching, fishing, rockhounding, golf, camping and traveling. Surviving are his widow of" Layton, two sons and three daughter, Steven Hofhine, Syracuse; Mark R. Bob Talbot, Layton; Mrs. Gene (Terrie) Myers, Germany; Mrs. Gaylen (Leann) Garrett, Clearfield; Mrs. Mont (Jolene) Anderson, North Salt Lake; 13 grandchildren. She had worked at the Ogden Arsenal during the war. She was a member of the Clinton 9th LDS Ward and had served as a visiting teacher for more than 50 years. She was an active member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Surviving are two sons and one daughter, Don B. Hartley, Judson Junior Hartley, both of Layton; Clin- ton; 15. grandchildren, 31 greatgrandchildren and two great-gregrandchidlren. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Francis LaVora Bingham, Sunset; Mrs. Emma Beesley, at Age. On Aug. 6 there will be a blood pressure clinic at 10:45 a.m. Also at noon on the same day, Dr. Gary Brough, a local optometrist will present a slide presentation on "Aging and the Changing Needs of Your Eyes. Glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes, bifocals, and trifocals are some of the topics that will be discussed.
