Everywhere road conditions- are more Satisfactory than they have been in the past, and the outlook for a splendid road system from the point of the mountain on the north to the Juab county line oh the south is exceptionally good. The commissioners and surveyor have worked hard upon road conditions and have worked to further the idea of the big problem of .running a state road through Utah, To demonstrate of the Utah county people in the good roads moyement the commissioners started work in earnest and report 'as follows: We began with all possible enthusiasm, we talked good roads. we incorporated the idea in all commercial and political organizations and above all, we have worked diligently and effectively. ,We centered our whole strength and this aim wre kept is view.
