Utah Independent Telephone company, com-pany, a corporation of Utah, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder bid-der for cash at tno west front door of the City and County building, In Salt Lake City, Utah, at ten o'clock a. m., on June 5, 1911, all the property prop-erty which it owns or Is entitled to, except, of course, its primary franchise, fran-chise, and will or will not Bell Its secondary franchises, according to which method will bring tho larger sums.
