Senator Sherman bat, however, introduced into tht senate a bill dividing tbe territory and creating two Central American missions. One minister will represent us in Honduras and Guatemala, and another in the republics of Nicaragua, Costa Rica and San Salvador. The present minister, who looks after all Central America, get $10,000 a year. Should the Sherman bill become a law the ministers to the two Central American missions will each receive $7,600. R.
