Merlin Bouthwick wae recently celebrated. ;The Hanaen home wae the scene of the delightful rendeavoua and waa gorgeously decorated for the occasion. The exterior of the residence was Illuminated with colored Incandescent and lanterns, while the Interior waa ' floral beauty. a- veritable bower of The library, where the wedding party stofad, waa banked with a gorgeous array of dahlias and asters In art --Greta, the living rohms were appropriately embellished with festoons of maidenhair fern and smilax, artistically Interwoven with pink tulle and maline and draped from every chandelier. Huge baskets of cut flowers occupied every available nook and provided an exquisite setting. - In the receiving line were Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Hansen, parents of the bride, and Mr. and Mra G. F. Bouthwick, parents of the groom. The bride was accompanied by her sister. Miss LaMra Emerald rue; her sister-in-laHansen, and Miss Bess,e Ivina The groom was accompanied by his brother-in-law, Emeral Hansen. The bride's sbrority sisters were also in attendance and contributed largely to the entertainment features of the reception, besides assisting in serving. The Farley trio, consisting of cello, harp and violin, remfered music during the evening. Those who assisted Mra N. J. Hansen in serving were Mra Marie Covey Ballard and the Misses May, Edna and Delores Gorden, Golda Hyde, Wlllla Robbina Daisy Rolapp, Margaret Fell and Leah Burton. The upstalra of the Hansen home was used for dancing and. was continually thronged by the happy guesta The bride was the recipient of scores of magnificent gifts. ' The groom, G.
