I expect my experience as a retail furniture manager to help me contribute to ZCMIs business picture, Madsen said in an interview with the Review. I believe the woman is the major consumer, and she is often forgotten. She wants quality and value. She wants service, and she wants clerks who are courteous, alert and responsive, Madsen continued.
