Llámenos al teléfono 539-1184. : a Club de Mujeres Latinas celebra un aniversario más El Clúb de Mujeres Latinas celebró el pasado Sábado 20 de Noviembreel aniversario de su fundación. Lafiesta se llevó a cabo en los salonesde la Iglesia de San Ambrosio y fue amenizada por el Conjunto “La Fórmula”. Además del baile hubo cena, desfile de trajes típicos de Latinoamérica y un espectáculo artístico. "Lostrajes fueron modelados porlas señoras miembros del Club y pudimosapreciar la diversidad y hermosuradel vestido típico de los pueblos hispanos así como de la música de cada región representada, a cuyo ritmo la modelo bailaba durante la presentación de los trajes. North Temple ¿Salt Lake City, Utah ' Abierto de 10 a.m. a 6 p.m. Sabados y Domingos por cita 539-1184 Concurso CUMPLEAÑERA “Un Cuento de Navidad” El concurso quedará abierto a partir del día 11 de Noviembre de 1982 a las doce del día y quedará cerrado el día 12 de Diciembre de 1982 a las doce de la noche. El resultado del mismo se dará a conocer en la edición navideña de LA PRENSA. Se seleccionará un jurado idóneo compuesto por especialistas. Sus nombresserán dados a conocer al público junto con los delos ganadores, en la edición de Navidad de LA PRENSA.En ese mismo númerose publicarán los cuentos de los actores premiados. Se instituye un premio y dos menciones de honor. El premiorecibirá el trofeo : LA PRENSA y las menciones, un diploma acreditativo. LA PRENSAnotendrá obligación de devolver los originales ni las copias de los trabajos presentados, no obstante, los concursantes que así lo deseen podránrecoger sus trabajos durante el periodo comprendido entre el 3 Enero al 30 de Marzo de 1983. Un ejemplar de cada cuento será conservado en los: archivos de LA PRENSA. Los concursantes no podrán presentar más de dos trabajos. Si resultare premiado o recibiera mención de honor un tercer trabajo del mismo concursante, el premio o mención será anulado y declarado desierto. Los cuentos deberán ser mecanografiados a dos espacios en papel bond 88 1/2X11 (tamaño carta) y presentados en original y tres copias. La extensión no podrá exceder deseis cuartillas. Los trabajos que se excedan de las cuartillas señaladas en este acápite, no serán admitidos en el concurso. El tema es la Navidad pero el enfoqueeslibre, aunque el autor deberá tomar en consideración las situaciones y conflictos de idiosincracia hispana. Los trabajos deberán ser inéditos, esto es, que no hayan sido publicados anteriormente, y deberán ser remitidos en sobre cerrado a nombre de Rosa América Alas, 620 1/2 W. North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116. Este sobre no podrá tener el nombre del autor o contraseña alguna que lo identifique, solamente deberá tenerel título del cuento, de lo contrario será rechazado y no admitido en el concurso. En.sobre aparte, también cerrado, el autor remitirá, bien claro, su nombre, dirección y teléfono, anotando em la parte exterior del sobre el título del cuento, que deberá ser el mismo que aparezca en el sobre conteniendo el trabajo. a La Sra.
