Tanner, a former United Nations piesuient of the organization DR. TANNER was piesent ed a beautiful plaque bv the Utah United Nations Association members. The plaque was a copy of the Winston Churchill plaque presented to Churchill honoring him as Citizen of the World. Dr. Tanner is called The Father of the Association by Utah people. Dr. Tanner was born in Farmington, Utah and attended grade and high school in Davis County.
