Randy, an engineer (don't worry hes not the cook) would all too often have to travel for work. While on several trips to Guadalajara Mexico, a certain type of Mexican outlet called a Taqueria" became a favorite dining spot He noticed this same concept had made its way into California, with of course some California twists like fresh and low fat food. This was really good stuff! In comes Howard who has a lifetime of the food and restaurant business under his belt. Howard was a food science major at school and among the many accomplishments he can list are: Head chef at a fine restaurant, his own hamburger and pizza restaurants, and a soft drink line (checkout his Howies Rootbeer here at the restaurant). Howard has this talent for creating recipes that just taste good. Randy and Howard both got to talking about how they should open up a restaurant that has the best of all the Mexican food they've seen and tasted. Work brought Randy and family to Itah from Michigan where Howard already lived. The talking got more intense w hen they both finally ran out of reasons for just talking about it and said lets do it!" Putting it all together. Fiesta Baja Fresh Mex Grill; is the result We both hope you will enjoy a south of the border experience of good taste and light atmosphere that will keep you coming back.
