In taking over the political Democrats here should not make the mistake tliat Republicans did at their convention a inch was held last Saturday. Republicans went to Salt Lake disorganized. They had no organization to present their claims to the various delegations and as a result their candidate for state treasurer scarcely made a respectful showing. Cache Democrats should center on one candidate and then back him solidly. If they get together on the man they want, appoint a chairman of a steering committee to work with the other delegations throughout the state, they will be able to get somewhere, otherwise they will get what the Republicans got for this county, and that was nothing.
