other prominent citizens and leading cro mr talmage moed its ret crenco to the committee on judiciary seconded bv mr mr brown moved that the committee judiciary report inside of an hour this met with no leond mr dunn then moved that the committee on judiciary report the number of actual ere among the names seconded in answer to a question by mr far aa to whether alie remonstrance had been thoroughly thoro ugly circulated mr talmage and mr stated eliat the remonstrance had not ben so thoroughly circulated aa it might hae been mr brou wanted the report considered at once ten minutes by it as long as any hair remained on his head mr dusenberry referred to the past experience of the council in endeavoring to enforce the ordinance mr dunn stated that his constituents expected him to do his duty and 19 intended to do it lie could not believe the remonstrance had not been thoroughly circulated he wanted the matter settled tonight to night in answer to a question by mr farrer sheriff turner stated that he had called upon the citizens to help in the enforcement of alie prohibitory ordinance and he had utterly failed to receive any encouragement coura gement air holdaway
