T Caine atthe at the close of eleven years of faithful and honorable service as Delegate from Utah was the designation of the Utah library as the depository of public documents for this Territory The information information information in in- formation was conveyed by the following letter from the Department of the Interior Interior Interior Inte Inte- r received last week tr by J Librarian Coray A number of the governments government's publications have been received from time timeto to time in a fragmentary way but by the provisions of this letter not only will will the library be supplied with books in which which hid it itis itis itis is now deficient but hereafter the ik different different different differ differ- ent publications will be forwarded forward d regu regu- It is hardly necessary to express i o- o the faculty's and students' students appreciation of Mr Caines Caine's kindness in giving preference preference- to our library The publications which almost the the government turns out cover entire ground of scientific research and will be a valuable addition to our library whose volumes now n number over DEPARTMENT OF THE TIlE INTERIOR V WASHINGTON ASHINGTON March 24 1893 To the Librarian of the University of Utah Salt Lake Laic City Utah SIR I SIR I have to inform you that the Hon John T.
