Show III! DEATH OF W. C. DUNBAR, jjl W. C. Dunbar, one of tho founders ; of the Salt Lake Herald, has passed r away, leaving Thursday afternoon, at t 4 o'clock. Ho was 82 years of ago J- find but for an acute attack of gas- i jj Iritis, looked as If ho might havo 1 lived for many years yet. Ho was a ' i musician of no mean ability in tho old days nnd was a player on tho pipes, !J oven in his advanced years. Prior to i tho selling out of tho Herald tp tho t Interests which now hold it, ho used to . ' go to tho office every Now Year's ovo and serenade tho staff, and his visit's I , wero always welcome. Ho leaves j , cloven children to mourn his loss, 1 ' anong them being former County ' Clerk Dunbar, and Miss Addle Dunbar. 1 All theso children will bo present at his funoral Sunday at 12:30 at tho Ii !
