Show THE FEggmonds Again Another installment of the interminable Kgemonds labor relations mess was aired at the Capitol Tuesday when the Eggmonds Company Union—or Snipe Hunt—tried to show cause why it should not be dis-established by the Utah Labor Relations Board. ing that we wonder how men who claim to be honest can have the crust to publish them. The case was taken under advisement. | The truth is that the National Labor Relations Board, after exhaustive hearings, ordered the so-called ‘‘/ndependent Association of Mill Workers’’ dis-established nearly a year ago. The Board also ordered Utah Copper Company to cease to recognize the association and to sever all bargaining relations with it. The Board took the same action as to the Company Union at Bingham. And yet Moffat’s Company Union stooges have the unparalleled effrontery to tell Nevada workers that their. dis-established outfit is a duly certified bargaining agency representing copper workers in Utah!
