commissioners of piute diute county section n 1 1 it shall be unlawful for any person to keep a dog within the limits of this city town county without mak making ing applice application a ti von ib to the treasurer for that purpose and paying to said treasurer treasure r for the benefit of the city to town n county cotrit wd anneal al tax of five dollars dollars for a female a ii ild 0 and two dollars for a male dog gm it shall be the duty of i the treasurer to register the applicants ants name and abd a description of the dog and to give to said applicant certificate of regist registry Ky t section ati 0 n 2 it shall be the duty of the owners of doka doga so go licensed to provide the same with suitable collars and with a metallic plate or check attached thereto having a number corresponding with the certificate of inscribed thereon all dogs not ga registered and collared as aforesaid found run running ring at large shall be impounded section 3 any dog impounded gs as on an unlicensed dog may be h redeemed rede omed by the ow owner 11 arany or any authorized perison person upon exhibiting exhibiting to the person having charge of said pound a certificate of regia re glOry try as license provided provided in section 1 showing that tha tAhe the license in said section imposed has been paid for such dog and u upon paying ing the person in charge of si said ton pound pat an impounding fee of one dollar and the surn sum of 26 25 cents for each and every day such dog shall have been impounded all impounded dogs not redeemed redeem d within five days shall I 1 be killed by the person having charge of said pound section 4 it shall be unlawful for the owner of any female dog to permit it to run run at large while in heat ond and such dog aso q x running un ir ng examinations of such dog within the said briod period of ten days as may be required to determine whether the dogs dog has rabies and if it shall appear upon sach such examinations that such ah dog agon has as ra rabies fes the same s shall I 1 be immediately killed section 4 whenever any animal sh shall all be bitten by a dog having haling rabies the owner or person having custody or possession ir or de derand aring ran notice of the board of health said nott notice eq may bs e given by publishing the aarne once in n a 4 news newspaper pAp er published in bitite county or r by posting in three conspicuous public paces place jn in said county said baid notice shall arl contain the order of board of health and nd shall require the muzzling tor confining fitingof finin of alado all dogs within asperio a qan not ot to exceed teti ten days ays from the date of f publication or posting of such notice alq aj to tg continue for such time as the board may in fit its discretion determine ine section 6 b if after the giving of the notice in section 4 provided for there shall bo found within this city iown town or county any dog running at large it shall be the duty of the health officer or other re representative r of at the board of health to bifi kill the same forthwith disposition of the carcasses of the dogs so killed shall bo be made by the board of health and at the expose of the city town or county 1 r section 7 every p person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be quilty guilty of a misdemeanor and apon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding sixty days or by oth both such fine and imprisonment sections Section 8 all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
