After Af-ter this time and for the next two weeks the "Second Period" schedule of votes will be in effect, which means a material reduction in the voting power of all subscriptions; while the third and last "Period" will see the scale -of votes cut practically in half. Leading candidates are seething with the hustle of preparation for the final dash, and with one accord, are fighting fight-ing valiantly and determinedly to reach the goal where the big prize Whippet Coach awaits. j . New Leader to the Front Eileen Morley, of this city, is in the lead for first honors and the attendant at-tendant award, altho Bessie Killam, Mrs. Ernest Eyre, Mrs. Jeanette Kohler Koh-ler and Mrs. C.
