The supply of cattle last week was fairly llberul at 03,000 head, Including Includ-ing 0,000 calves, and the run of 1 ft ,000 today indicates that there will also be a good run this week. Considerable stuff remains to come from the country and there Is still complaint of lack of cum, so that we shall probably have fairly good runs for three or four weeks yet. Tho market closed lust week with a net gain of 10 to 15 cents on everything except ex-cept medium to common short fed steers, which buyers neglected account of their poor killing qualities. The market is about steady today. Blockers and feeders firm. Choice fed cattle arc selling highest high-est of tho fall season now, which encourages encour-ages feeders, and tho demand from tho country is best it has been for more than a mouth.
