return a verdict of voluntary manslaughter They stated that this verdict was given but not as the unanimous opinion of the jury One of their number had been very sick suffering from the heart disease and had fainted sever sever- several several several al times during their deliberations and in consequence of this they had decided to bring in their verdict The clerk read the return and asked them
