THE SCHOOL choir department IMAGINE putting 150 students, 65 faculty member and everything they say and do for a year in about 200 pages. The staff does it. It takes team work but through the lens of a camera, the ink of r pen and the creative arranging am shaping of pictures, lines and words, they put Davis High into a book. As editor this year, Melinda Major is responsible for seeing that all work is done and assignments completed. Each of the other editors, for the individual areas are copy editor, David Long; layout editor. Yvonne Wake; photography editor, Kenny Anderson and busine manager, Maria Scott. is anxiously anticipating the completion of a much needed complex. The new facilities will consist of the regular choir risers which extend 12 feet, a large ensemble room, a music library and a practice room. In approximately one month it is to be ready for use. It is always a special event, due to the popular modern music played. Some of the selections to be played wiii be selections from Annie, "The Sting" E.T., and much more. The next day the concert will be performed for the studentbody in an assembly. THE CHRISTMAS Concert will be held on Dec. 13. The final concert is scheduled in April at Weber State College, np - THE DATES for the Christmas Celebration are Dec. 7, 8, 14 and 15, with Dec. 11, 12 and 13 set aside especially for large groups. (Reservations for groups must be made in advance.) There will be a charge of 50 cents per person to cover the cost.
