Show RABIES EPIDEMIC The Herald-Republican says: Hydrophobia Hy-drophobia is now epidemic in five Utah counties according to the state board of health's reports. George Tripp, of Juab county, called at the ca.pit.ol yesterday and reported that three of his dogs had died from rabies ra-bies after infecting many sheep.
