Show The Fastest Growing Community In Utah Serving Kearns, Granger, Hunter, Magna, Taylorsville THE VALLEY VIEW NEWS Thursday, April 9, 1959 Kearns Jaycees Plan For Founders1 Day Carnival, concessions, fireworks, and all the trimmings are being planned for the fun of the old and young alike on Founders Day. At a previous meeting it was established that all booths will be of uniform size this year. Every organization interested in booths or any part of the Founders Day program, whether they are religious or civic organizations are requested to contact the Jr. Chamber of Commerce. Plans to be offered for the celebration will be discussed at a meeting to be held April 13, 8 p.m. in the south wing of the Kearns Jr. High. Any organization representative who have an interest are invited. The Jr. Chamber of Commerce are happy to welcome Reed Aitken as a new member. Any one interested in serving the public and personel development by joining are requested to contact Orin Hunter or Gene Andrews.
