Apricot Upside Down Ham Loaves 1 pound ground ham cup brown sugar, (Irmly packed 2 tablespoons apricot syrup 12 pound ground lean pork canned, peeled apricot halves, pound ground vegl 1 cup milk 4 cups Kelloggs Corn Flakes 12 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons chopped 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 tablespoon prepared mustard green pepper Put about 2 teaspoons brown sugar in bottom of each of 12 greased muffin- cups. Pour about 12 teaspoon apricot syrup over brown sugar in each cup. Place an apricot half in each, cut side down. Crush Corn Flakes slightly. Combine eggs and mustard. Add Corn Flakes crumbs and remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pack lightly over apricot halves. Bake in moderate even (350'F.) about 1 hour.
