Show Lsa Chambers Sscc'Sss To . Shortness Death Wednesday evening took Loa Chambers, ithe charming 20 year old daughter of President and Mrs. A. W. Chambers j Loa, had not been ill for very long and the probable cause of Vher 'aeath was spinal meningitis. Loa was a prominent young -T-.men rf Pmiithfield, having -worked conscientiously In -chunch and civic capacities. She was secretary sec-retary of the Second ward -pri--mary association, assistant dance director ot the YLMIA, and a member of the dance committee of the stake. She was a graduate of the North Cache high school and seminary and during the past two years she had attended the Utah State Agricultural College, majoring in home economics and business. She was also an energetic ener-getic leader in the 4-H club work Born in Hyde Park on Sept-member Sept-member 23, 1920, she was a daughter daug-hter of Alfred W. and Lillian T.I Thur3ton Chambers. Surviving are her parents, a grandmother, Mary A. Chambers, and following brothers and sisters, allot Smith- field: Alfred Leo, J. T., Theron Dale, Merlin K. and Carma Cham bers. Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted Saturday at 2 P. M. in the Second ward chapel, with burial in the Smithfield cemetery under the direction of Lindquist and Sons Mortuary. Friends may call at the family tome Friday evening and Saturday Satur-day morning. |
