tradition at our school Within the last couple has attendance of years however dropped drastically Even students who are to receive certificates refuse to tend or sit in the audience instead of accepting their awards Ron Petersen director of the Honors Society at DHS decided it was time for a change He along with Principal Simmons realized that something more had to be done to give students the these centive to not only attend assemblies but to receive better grades Several ideas formulated They decided a better way to encourage it more of a attendance-mato invite just those who qualified with a GPA of 35 or higher This is the remedy Mr Simmons and Mr Petersen came up with: on April only the students who earned a 35 or higher were allowed to attend a celebration at the White Sage Recreational Park and cookies were served and Kent Dewsnup spoke about financial responsibility Each IPP PUBLIC SALE THE INTERMOUNTAIN POWER HOLD A PUBLIC SALE OF FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT Micah
