With the new plan, the four Alpine district schools are placed in one group, with Provo and the three Nebo district schools in another division. October 13 American Fork at Each team will play six games annually. All the teams in the two groups will play each other, and then three games with teams of the other group will be played. Provo must win or tie for the region championship to go into the suite ''A" playoffs otherwise they will be eliminated from further play. Any of the other schools can get into playoff by the 'A" championship winning an undisputed title in the legion, and the second place outfit will go into the "B" playoffs. A team tying Provo for first automatically goes into the "B" state championships. The schedule for the year is as follows : LinSept. 23 American Fork at Lehi at coln, Provo at Payson, Springville. NATIONAL LETTER WEEK SCHEDULED National Letter Week will be observed in the entire nation, for the week of October 2 to 8. The slogan of the week, "Write a letter to those away," will be observed at the local postoffice.
