Monday morning will end the summer vacations for students and teachers of the Alpine School District as the school bells begin to ring again. The High School Building has been repaired, scrubbed and cleaned and Vera Conder Norine Fox a new addition added, since school ended last year. Saturday, September 3, is scheduled for the Alpine Teachers Institute, with teachers of Ix'hi attending the cessions. Regular class work for the students of the Elementry grades will 5, with begin Monday, September students of the Ix'hi Junior and Senior High Schools registering on Monday and their class work lx'gin-nin- g Tuesday morning, September 6. Children entering the first grade must be six years old, or their sixth birthday must be before November 1, 1938, or they will not be allowed to enter school. It is often a handicap for a child to enter school too young according to school authorities.
