'REGISTER YOUR BABY CAMPAIGN Utah will start a bookkeeping re cord of humanity on Thursday when every parent in Utah County will re ceive a "Register Your Baby" cam paign birth registratin card to be filled out and returned to the United States Bureau of the Census. Federal and State governments ask that all parents of babies born within the last IS monhs take but a minute in filling in answers to five simple questions on the card and mail it postage free to the Census Bureau If every parent does this, the State and nation will have a complete registration record of births in Utah ana art. uu spent their wedding anniversary Salt Lake.
