The Returned Missionary organization of the Second ward are in charge of the farewell party and are planning to make it a very outstand-- ' ing evening's entertainment. The entertaining features will consist of a splendid program, a one-aplay and dancing. Music will be furnished by Mrs. Fern Larsen's orchestra. Everyone in the community is invited to attend the farewell. Voluntary conrtibutions will be accepted at the door. All the interests of the children have been with this festival and they are earnestly working with their teachers so that they may do their part in a pleasing manner. Children ranging in age from 3 years to 12 years of age will participate in this church-wid- e activity. The theme chosen for this year's festival is "Gersethone, the Goddess of Spring." Teachers and officers have planned the demonstrations so well that all will be pleased with the effects. There will be no admission charge but voluntary donations will be accented at the door. I). S. organizations. This homecoming was held in the building as it now stands, it was rather set apart in honor of tht. historic building and those who constructed it and kept it sanctified all these years. A outlined program was given then the meeting was turned into a testi- monial meeting. Many interesting tales were told of incidents which had happened in the building. Everyone present at the meeting was very much impressed with the services. A evening meeting continued at 7:30. Plans are complete for the early start of work on the razing of the present Lehi First L. D. S. ward chapel with a new building to bo erected on the grounds now occupied. The chorus has a song vocabulary of approximately 100 songs both popular and classical and all are sung without the use of copies.
