A number of donors for the fund have already been listed and plans are now underway to canvass various business and prominent men in Lehi for additional funds to cover the necessary expenses of the trip. Miss Hansen has made a wonderful record in State meets and has record that is outstanding. She has a chance to win the international championship. Her typing record is a credit to her teacher, her school and her city. It is hoped that finance can be raised to insure her entrance at the Chicago meet. At 11:45 the Junior High School Girls of the four schools will give a Pyrmid Building demonstration. At 12 noon there will be a tennis meet of the Junior High Schools of the district Lehi's team will be Keith Trane with either Russell Bone or Bobby Dorton and another player to be chosen from tryouts now being held. At 1:30 the Senor High School girls will hold a competitive postue parade. From 2 p. m. to 5:10 p. m the Junior and Senior field and track events will be held. There is no charge and patrons of the school are invited to join the siudents Friday. The track and field has been temporarily fenced and only participants ill the various events will be admitted inside the fence. There is ample room around the outside of the field for spectators. The fence is for the safety of the contestants. There will be team trophy awards in posture parade and track events, there will be individual ribbon awards to individuals in the various events. The Band Mothers are in charge of concessios stand on the school grounds. Proceeds from the sales at the stand will be turned into a band uniform fund. The Band Mothers are attempting to raise funds to uniform Lehi's School and City Band and solicit your patronage, Friday. Taking part in the various parts of the program will be over 350 children between the ages of 6 and 10 years- The program is sponsored by all the teachers of the Primary grades and will have as it's purpose the demonstrating to the parents the "New Trend In School Training" and will give the parents an idea of the work done dur ing the year in the Primary grades. The festival given some time ago in the Gymnasium by the children was an introductory program showing the development of rhythm throughout the students school years. The program Friday win show what has been accomplished during the year by the various groups' in rythm'and music. There is no charge for the program and parents are asked, to attend the program and see what their boys and girls are doing in their first four years of school.
