To Our Patrons and Friends of Lehi On account of the heavy decrease In the business of the Salt Lake & Utah Railroad, particularly at the Lehl Station, during the past twelve months, and the downward trend during the present year, It has been found necessary to reduce expenditures wherever possible in order to continue the service of the Road to the public. Under these conditions, and with the' small amount of business to be handled, arrangements have been made for Mr. W. C. Hansen, one of the oldest Agents In the service of the company to take charge of the Lehl Station in addition to the American Fork Station, dividing his time between the two places as the business of the company may require. Mr. Hansen will establish his family in the Lehl Station and will arrange to have someone there t all times so that all business of the company may be handled In an efficient and satisfactory manner. The service and the carload service of the Road will be continued as usual, and tickets can be purchased on the trains at no additional cost to our patrons. The Station will be kept open and heated the same as In the past. The change In operation of the Station is only a minor one made necessary by the difficult financial conditions still prevailing. It la hoped that through this and other economies the company may continue to serve its patrons in the future as in the past and that this Home and support absolutely Road may continue to have the necessary for Its continued operation.
