Show THE VALLEY VIEW NEWS Thursday, January 28, 1960 Page 5 to Luther League to Head Granger Present Program A Youth Sunday Fellowship Child Guidance BOY SCOUT NEWS Cub Pack 259 and Troop 259, Boy Scouts of America, sponsored by Granger Community Christian Church, have submitted application for a charter for 1960. In their application goals were established that should help these organizations to reach new highs in interest and effectiveness among the boys who participate. A new Cubmaster, Dick 1946 W. 3410 South, and a new assistant Cubmaster, Norman Brooks, 3154 Hillsdale Drive, will assist the Pack to achieve fresh progress in 1960. The new Pack Committee is made up by LeRoy V. Collins, chairman, Otto Matson and Don McKelvie. Den Mothers are Ruth Hoopes, Peggie Jackson, Eva-ly- n Matson and Ainta Roach. Eighteen boys registered with the Pack. Adult leaders will be assisted by the following boys from Troop 259 who are Den Chiefs: Donald Matson, Lyle McCallister, Terry Sechler and Danny Young.
