Show DEATH CALLS R.R. BUILDER; I KNOWN HERE Word bas been reeeived here from Los Angeles of the deatli ear ly this week ofiW. N. Crandall, a former resident of Springville. Mr. Crandall will be remembered by the older residents of this city, lie having; hav-ing; lived here during his youth and early ninnhood. Notice of his death was received here by his old friend Dininiick Huntington, who for many years was employed by Mr. Crnndnll. Mr. Ornndall was a prominent railroad contractor and was instrumental instru-mental in the building in the Canadian Can-adian Pacific nnd the Denver and Rio Grande railroads. Death was due to Brights disease. Mr. Crandall leaves a widow residing res-iding at the family home in Los Angeles, four sons, Nelson E. of Al-hambra, Al-hambra, Carl C. of Glcndale and .1. Dane nnd Delancey C. of this city: Ills mother. Mrs. Mary Crandall Cran-dall of San Bernardino ; two broth-ers, broth-ers, C. U. Crandall of Los Angeles, and L. D. Crandall of American Fork. Utah : and two sisters. Mrs. W. T. Wilson of Snu Bernardino and Mrs. Thomas Avery of Santa Monica. |
