Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 1st day of November, 1982 at 2:00 o'clock noon at the North Door of the County Building in Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by Richard L. Blanck. as Successor Succes-sor Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by John McMahon, as Trustor, recorded April 22, 1980. as Entry En-try No. 563220.in Book 822, at Page 143. of the Official Records Re-cords in Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness indebted-ness in favor of Layton Properties, Prop-erties, a Utah Limited partnership, partner-ship, as beneficiary, by reason of the breach of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. The beneficial interest in said Trust Deed was subsequently subse-quently assigned by Layton Properties to Hillfield-Layton Properties, a Utah limited partnership, by a written Assignment of Trust Deed, duly recorded June 18, 1982 at the office of the Davis County Recorder, as Entry No. 617362 in Book 905 at Page 877. Richard L. Blanck was substituted substi-tuted for the original trustee. Title Insurance Agency of Utah, Inc. , by a written Substitution Substi-tution of Trustee, duly recorded re-corded at the office of the Davis County Recorder on June 18, 1982 as Entry No. 617363 in Book 905 at Page 880. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded June 18, 1982, as Entry No. 617364, in Book 905, at Page 883, of said Official Records. Re-cords.
