The benediction wa3 . pronounced pro-nounced by Ii. N'. Chrlstensen. Interment was made In the city cemetery where Elder Howard G. Kelly, a brother of the deceased and a recently returned missionary, dedicated dedi-cated the grave. Many friends from surrounding communities were In attendance at the services in addition, to those of this city. The floral tributes were many and beautiful, completely cov. ering the casket and rostrum. Mrs. Mary Humphries, a life time frlcD" and neighbor of the Kelly family during dur-ing their resilience in American Fork, rendered beautiful organ music during dur-ing the assembling. o Impressive Services Held Here For Ruth Kelly Soloriuii and. impressive were the funeral services held Friday afternoon, after-noon, November 1st, in the Alpine Stake tabernacle for Ituth Kelly, 17-year-old 'daughter of Dr. and Mrs. P. M. Kelly, former residents of this city. Miss Kelly died at the family home In St. Anthony, Idaho, October 30th, following a short Illnens from pneumonia. Bishop T. A. Greenwood of the First ward officiated at the services, which opened with a chorus composed of Mrs. J. N. Fackrell, Mrs. C. F- Young, Mrs. S F. Grant, Mrs Roy Greenwood and Mrs. K. P. McGrew, singing "Thou I)oet Not Weep To Weep Alone". The Invocation was given by President S. J Chipman. The next musical number was a violin solo by Milton I'.rown, accompanied by Mrs,! Mary Humphries. The speakers w:ro former Bishop of the First ward, James T. Gardner, Dr. John Z. Brown, of Salt Lake City, Bishop Nicholes G. Smith of Salt ' Ijake, and President C. E. Young. Closing remarks were made by Bishop Bish-op Greenwood. Each of them conveyed convey-ed touching words of consolement to the breavekl family.
