Show LEONORA TO INCREASE ITS CAPITAL 500,000 It is proposed by the officials of the Leonora of Beaver to increase the capital stock from 1.000,000 to 1,500,000 shares. This would change the capital from $100,000 to $150,-000, $150,-000, by continuing par value at 10 cents a share. The notice, signed by President John Matson and Secretary Secre-tary C. D. Brown, calling ' for a special meeting at the Walker Bank Building, March 20, contains the following: fol-lowing: "The meeting is for the purpose pur-pose of considering and. adopting or rejecting a proposition to amend the articles of incorporation so as to increase the number of shares from 1,000,000 to 1,500,000 shares, and the capital from $100,000 to $150,000, said 500,000 shares increase in-crease stock to be placed in the treasury of the company, and for the purpose of electing directors for the company, and for the purpose of considering such other matters as may be properly brought up before the meeting." |
