Show MILFORD LIONS CLUB ELECT ; ( NEW OFFICERS Dr. Lloyd Kohler Gives Interesting Interest-ing Talk on the History 1 of Dentistry At the regular noon luncheon of the Milford Lions club held at the U. P. dining room .officers for the ensuing year were elected. :L. A. Wynaught will preside over the destinies of the club as president for the coming year. Harold Cline was re-elected secretary with R. E. Elling-sworth, first vice-president; Dr. Addison Bybee, second vice-president, and R. C. Palmer, Lion tamer. Dr. C. R. Parrish, retiring president was relegated re-legated to the office of tail-twister. Trustees for the year are I. Altman, Geo. Jefferson and J. R. Murdock, Jr. Members of the club at the start of the present year in addition to those named above are Sam Cline, M. H. Pool, J. M. Kinney. Llovd F. Kohler. Ed. Petterson, O. F. Hubbell, Miles White, D. E. Kirk, Willard. Nichols, Lamar Outzen, T. A. Mills, William Gorden, E .C. MeGarry and R. H. Barton. Bar-ton. The feature of the entertainment for the meeting Wednesday was a talk on "Dentistry," by Lion Lloyd F. Kohler. Dr. Kohler went back to 2700 B. C, where evidence of dentistry dentis-try in a crude way have been found. He followed up the progress of the art through various ages, giving much historical and interesting information on the subject. |
