Suit for an account-in? account-in? was filed In the United .States district court here today by the administrators of the estate ot" J. P. Morgan, Sr., asrainst Colonel J- A. Ownbey. a coal operator of Colorado. The suit concerns the Wootton mine in Las Animns neurit v, which has hfon operated by Colonel Ownbey and in vvhi-:h the late Mr. Morgan was Interested i;rr?.nrlally. Ownbey and the elder Morgan were personal per-sonal friends and business jartnera. The Wootton mine is located on a. picturesque estate near t he New Mexico line, where Colonel Ownbey makes his home. The operating cmpany is incorporated as the Wooiton Land & Fuf! company. Following the filing of the suit. Judpe R. F. LewiF granted a temporary restraining restrain-ing order forbidding Ownbey to' lease, sell ,,r otherwise dispose of the r-rperty in question pending the hearmpr of the suit which is set for February 11.
