All children from infancy through five years of age, and their caregivers, are invited to attend for stories and learning activities. Children are introduced to books, music, and art, and participate in learning activities. Infants to 3 years, 10:30 a.m.; four and five year olds at 11:00 a.m. A craft activity to follow at 11:30. Every Monday and Tuesday: Math tutoring for children ages 6 to 9 at the Ogden Valley Montessori School from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m., and 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Cost, $5 per hour. Public hearings are held on Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. as needed. Every Saturday: Community, recreational cattle sorting at the Eden Park Arena. 6:00 p.m. warm-up, 7:00 p.m. the fun begins! Everyone is invited. $10:00 per person/per night. The program is one of a series of FREE food-related events inspired by Key Ingredients: America By Food, a Smithsonian Institution exhibition touring Utah. The exhibit, on display until August 16, examines American popular culture through food traditions. August 2: Free Square Foot Gardening (SFG) Demonstration on LESS WATERING. September 20: The Ogden Valley Business Association and Tri-Utah have come together to bring the First Annual Ogden Valley Triathlon to Ogden Valley.
