He was a member of the Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Colleen Rampton Wood of Ogden, Utah; son Gregory (Dixie) Wood of Springville, Utah; daughters Carol (Rick) Zondervon of Roy, Utah and Tamra (Doug) Carter of South Ogden, Utah; brothers Bill (Lucille) of Meridian, Richard (Judy) of Huntsville, Utah; (Jean) of Sacramento, CA; sister Bonnie Hatch (Larry) of Woods Cross, Utah; ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Russell, his sister Louise, one son Russell, and one granddaughter Brea. Funeral services were held February 4, 2006 at Leavitt’s Mortuary, Ogden. A viewing was held prior to the services at the mortuary. Interment at Washington Heights Memorial Park. While stationed at Hill Air Force Base, he received the honor of Airman of the Month in October| On January 26, 1957, Martin married Sara R. Anderson in Elko, Nevada. Together they had four re and two sons. as educated in Texas as a land surveyor, slice fe practiced in the Air Force. After serving as a Dallas Fireman, he returned to his original occupation of land surveyor. He served as Cook County Surveyor from 1972 to 1974. He served as Weber C ‘ounty Surveyor from 1994 to the present. as active in the Republican Party. He was a devoted family man who loved his wife and children. He also had a great love for his count He enjoyed fishing, golf, family, and western legends. Martin is survived by his wife, Sara; daughters Carrie (Dan) Hess, Malad, Idaho; Lisa (Dick) chem, Morgan; Meda (Charlie) Aerts, Taylor; Alice (Michael) Sorenson, Evanston, Wyoming; sons Richard (Christy) Moore, Ogden; Carl (Crystal) Moore, Evanston, Wyoming; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Moore, Texas; and a sister, Nada Moore Turner, DeSoto, Texas. Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 8 at Lindquist’s Ogden Chapel. Ronk Sr. Dennis Jay Peery, 60, passed away Saturday, February 4, at Wasatch Care "Center after a valiant battle with Alzheimer’s. He was born May 21, 1945, in Ogden, Utah to Lesley Byron Dennis Peery Our beloved husband, father, and papa went home to be with Jesus his Lord and Savior on February 3, 2006. Calvin was born on September 22, 1927, the youngest child of Cephus Ronk and Ersie Bryant Ronk. Calvin graduated from Milton High School in West Virginia. On August 4, 1945 he married Ona Fry in Louisa, Kentucky. They celebrated 60 wonderful years of marriage and had four children. Calvin was a machinist by trade and had worked for various companies in and Alta Jay Peery. ennis was raised in Ogden where he attended public schools. He spent 30 years working in the Civil Service for the US overnment where his last position was as an inspector for non-destructive materials. While serving in that capacity he traveled to various Air Force Bases throughout the world, ensuring the safe operation of aircraft.
