PURSUANT TO AN order of sale to me directed by the district court of the Third Judicial district of the territory of Utah, i shall offer at public sale at the front door of the connty eonrthouse. in the city aud county ot Salt Lake, Utah territory, on the 4th dav of October, 1892, at 12 o'clock m.. all the r.ght, title, claim and interest of V'i C. Christiansen, Christian-sen, Ounelle Christiansen, Blackhurst Brothers, A. F. Christiansen, the National Bank of the Republic Re-public and T. J. Angel Lumber company of, iu and to the following-described real estate, situate, lying and being in the city and conntv of Sait Lake. Utah territory, and particularly described as follow, to wit: Being a part of lot two (21, block three (3), plat B, Salt Lake City survey, commencing one hundred and eiglity-ono (lbl) feet north of the outheat corner or said lot two (2), thence running live (5) rod west, thence twenty (2C) feet north, thence five (5 rods essr, thenee twenty (20) feet acnth to the place of beginning: be-ginning: raservij, however, the right of way as a roadway on and over ten (10) feet on east pait of said land, and twelve (12) feet on west part of raid land. To be sold a the properly of Ni C. Christiansen, Gunelle Christiansen, Blackhur-it Brother, A. F. Christiansen, the National Bnk cf the Republic and T. J.
