': .'-'";, " "" r " ,- $ This week the recipient of The Bulletin's "Birthday Congratulations" Congratula-tions" is Mr. Noel Chapman, an employee at the Utah Light and Traction Company, who celebrated celebra-ted his natal day Thursday, January Jan-uary 30th. Mr. Chapman is a native son of Salt Lake City and spent his boyhood days working on his fathers farm in East Mill Creek. At the age of twenty and just five days after the United States entered the World Wax, Mr. i Chapman enlisted in the Na y 1 and was assigned to serve on the 'flagship S. S. Brooklyn. I Upon his retu:"n hor-.e from t'v Xavv he wort to Pa ho and a'-tenirt a'-tenirt -:: to r-ise ::-'"' or. farm, but two years later returned return-ed to Salt Lake City and secured a job at the Murray Smelter and later the Dinwoody Furniture Co. where he worked for some si: years before demitting to accept employment at the Utah Light and Traction Company where he has been working for the past nine years in the capacity of helper in the Machine Shop ad Barn. j Mr. Chapman's favorite sport and chief hobby is fishing and this year, when the old vacation time rolls around, he plans to I spend all of it fishing in various j places in Utah and Montana.
