A good lively meeting of the Commercial Club was held in the club rooms last Tuesday evening, at which several interesting matters were discussed. The proposition of having an east county mineral exhibit at the Fair was taken up, and L. E. Dunning was appointed to arrange for a good collection of minerals from the Nebo mining district. The entertainment of the Development Leagoe, which will hold its convention here next Friday and Saturday was given a great deal of consideration. Committees on program, recep tion, and entertainment were appointed for showing the visi tors a good time. Each commercial body in the state will have two or more del egates in attendance. The chosen from the Nephi Commercial Club are Dennis Wood and Alma Hague. Mayor G. M. Whitmore and President W. C. Andrews of the Club will give addresses of welcome. The Juvenile Band and other musicians of the town will furnish music. Among other speakers who will be here at that time. Governor Spry and Douglas White are expected.
